FAQ's


Q). Can I hire or purchase directly off the website? A). Please complete the Enquiry Form for the product on the website that you are interested in, and we'll check availability, confirm pricing (including delivery and pick up) and other details. Please note - most pricing featured on the website is to hire a potted plant, (except for our Turkish Pot range). Prices for purchasing items are available on request.
Q). How do I hire more than one potted plant arrangement? A). Please complete the Enquiry Form for the product on the website that you are interested in and note on the 'message' section any additional items you'd like to also check availability on. We'll check availability, confirm pricing and details by return. 
Q). How is the plant maintained during a hire period? A). We can arrange a weekly plant maintenance visit from $25 per week, depending on location, where we'll water, feed, tidy and even arrange to replace the plant if its not looking its best. We also have a txt service where clients can nominate someone to receive a txt on the day the plant is likely to need a water. This may be a convenient alternative for green thumbs!    
Q). Why is an item on the website not available? A). Most likely because the plant and / or pot is already on hire, or the plant / pot is out of stock. Most often we will recommend a substitute that will do nicely instead, for you to consider.
Q). Do you offer a potted plant styling service? A).Yes we do. Please 'Contact Us' from our website with your details and we'll contact you to discuss your brief and budget. We can create a custom arrangement to suit your project. 
Q). Do you deliver and pick up the items I'm interested in hiring? A). Yes. Deliveries are on Thursdays, and pick-ups on Mondays, or by special arrangement. Delivery charges are additional to the featured prices on the website, and will be calculated based on location, size and weight of your order. 
Q). Do you deliver to areas outside of Auckland? A). Sorry, not yet, but we're working on it! 
Q). Can I pick up my hire items, and/or purchased items? A). We want to make sure your plants arrive in great condition, so we arrange the door to door delivery through our trusted providers. 
Q). What if a potted plant I've hired gets damaged, or I'm not happy with the condition of the plant? A). We'll immediately replace any plant or pot that's not looking good during the period of hire, because we want to make sure it looks in top condition for you and your clients.
